Access Immediate Treatment for Urinary Tract Infections

Females between the ages of 18 – 65 can now drop into their local Calanna Pharmacy to seek advice and if appropriate, treatment for Urinary Tract Infections, commonly known as UTI’s. A quick consultation will determine how we can best help you with any symptoms you may be experiencing.

If you have an uncomplicated infection, the pharmacist can provide you with a suitable antibiotic to resolve the infection. If for some reason this is not the best option, we can refer you to a doctor and in the meantime, provide advice to help ease the condition.

Cost: We charge $19.95 for the consultation plus the price of the antibiotic if it can be provided.

Note: We are unable to provide antibiotics to pregnant women, but please come in to see how we can assist you otherwise or make an appointment with your doctor.

Being the second most common type of human infection, one in two Australian women will experience a Urinary Tract Infection in their lifetime. Receiving immediate treatment is a huge advantage and very convenient.
