Calanna Whole Health Pharmacy Townsville has an exciting opportunity available for a Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant/ Courier to join our professional healthcare team.

What it looks like to be a Pharmacy Assistant/Courier at Calanna Whole Health Pharmacy;

 

Our Pharmacy Assistants and Couriers/Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide products, advice and services to the community alongside a highly trained team of pharmacists, Naturopaths and other well-trained pharmacy assistants. As Courier/Delivery Driver you are responsible for providing support in the area of completing deliveries to aged care facilities in a timely, professional manner.

  • Open to both part-time candidates
  • Applicants must be able to work within part of an experienced health care team and demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in their work
  • You will work within a professional, respectful working environment supporting and assisting our pharmacists and team
  • Courier/delivery Driver role will be for 3 days a week (flexibility essential for extra hours/days as required)
  • Pharmacy Assistant
  • Clear, helpful and friendly communication with your customers and fellow team members.
  • Roster time will be split between stock control duties and working on the floor as a pharmacy assistant offering excellent customer service

All applicants must have;

  • Experience in Pharmacy
  • Possess a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Have a minimum of Certificate of Support the supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines (S2 S3 certificate)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
